Please go through the Terms and Condition before you start filling up the forms. Please follow the instructions while filling up your offer:
01. Carefully fill up the quotation submission letter in page no.4.
02. Put your seals and signature in every page of the RFQ form besides the seals of BCPCL.
03. Submit a copy of your proprietor/partnership/company trade license updated, Bank Solvency Certificate, TIN and VAT registration certificate along with the RFQ form.
04. Submit the technical and financial offer in company letterhead pad.
