A request of quotation form has been issued for the “Procurement of Spares & Related Accessories for different vehicles at Payra 1320MW TPP site (Dec'24-June'25)".

Please fill up the forms with utmost care and submit it within the stipulated time (December 02,2024 before 12:00PM) mentioned in the RFQ form.

Please go through the Terms and Condition before you start filling up the forms.

Please follow the instructions while filling up your offer_
- Carefully fill up the quotation submission letter in page no.4 .
- Put your seals and signature in every page of the RFQ form besides the seals of BCPCL.
- Submit a copy of your proprietor/partnership/company trade license updated, TIN and VAT registration certificate along with the RFQ form.
- Carefully read the instruction in the Technical Specification page regarding the required specification of the products and see for the attached samples.
