Procurement of Bulk-Chemical (HCL, NaOH & PAC) for Payra 1320MW Thermal Power Plant

Dear Concern,

A request of quotation form has been issued for the “Procurement of Bulk-Chemical (HCL, NaOH & PAC) for Payra 1320MW Thermal Power Plant".

Please fill up the forms with utmost care and submit it within the stipulated time (December 11,2024 before 12:00PM) mentioned in the RFQ form.

Please go through the Terms and Condition before you start filling up the forms.

Please follow the instructions while filling up your offer:
1. Carefully fill up the quotation submission letter in page no.4 .
2. Put your seals and signature in every page of the RFQ form besides the seals of BCPCL.
3. Submit a copy of your valid Trade License, Tax Identification Number (TIN) ,VAT Registration Number and Licenses for supply/carrying of ACID and BASE along with the RFQ form.
4. Carefully read the instruction in the Technical Specification page regarding the required specification of the products.
5. Carefully consider all the aspects of with respect to transportation, price escalation in the future and any further factors for the delivery schedule in the page no.7.
