Procurement of Microsoft 365 for BCPCL

Dear Concern,

A request of quotation form has been issued for the “Procurement of Microsoft Office 365 for BCPCL".

Please fill up the forms with utmost care and submit it within the stipulated time (December 17,2024 before 12:00PM) mentioned in the RFQ form.

Please go through the Terms and Condition before you start filling up the forms.

Please follow the instructions while filling up your offer:
01. Carefully fill up the quotation submission letter in page no.4 .
02. Put your seals and signature in every page of the RFQ form besides the seals of BCPCL.
03. Submit a copy of your valid Trade License, Tax Identification Number (TIN) ,VAT Registration Number and Manufacturer Authorization Letter from Microsoft along with the RFQ form.
04. Carefully read the instruction in the Technical Specification page regarding the required specification of the products.
