Please fill up the forms with utmost care and submit it within the stipulated time (December 12, 2024 before 12:00PM) mentioned in the RFQ form.

Please follow the instructions while filling up your offer_
01. Carefully fill up the quotation submission letter in page no.4.
02. Put your seals and signature in every page of the RFQ form besides the seals of BCPCL.
03. Submit a copy of your proprietor/partnership/company trade license updated, Bank Solvency Certificate, TIN and VAT registration certificate and 1- square foot of sample fabric along with the RFQ form.
04. Submit the technical and financial offer in company letterhead pad.
